【仕事内容】

一般家庭を訪問し、ガス給湯器・エアコン・

水栓・蛇口などの住宅設備を取付・交換します。

◎訪問件数は1日4~5件程度(繁忙期でも6~7件)

◎ノーリツ製品など大手住宅機器を扱います

<主な業務>

・現地調査および設置準備

・設備機器の設置または交換

・不具合のヒアリングと簡易メンテナンス

・製品のご提案(必要に応じて)

2級管工事施工管理技士、ガス機器設置監督者、

液化石油ガス設備士など国家資格の取得を全面支援

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:00(実働:7時間30分)

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 24日

休暇・休日:

休日:日曜・祝日

+月2~3日の希望休(シフト制)

希望休は柔軟に対応可能。

「子どもの学校行事に参加したい」

「土日とつなげて連休を取りたい」なども相談OK。

プライベートを大切にできる環境です。

アクセス:

東急大井町線

尾山台駅からはちまん橋(循環バス)

乗車時間:約7〜9分、下車後:徒歩1分程度

給与:

基本給:月給 37万5000円 〜 50万円

★昇給/賞与あり

<年俸制>

年俸450万円~600万円

*月額37万5000円~50万円を想定(年収を12分割)

※年齢・経験を考慮し決定

未経験の方も

年俸制で450万円以上、月給で37万5000円以上
