The Talent Operations Liaison will be responsible for the implementation of business decisions, changes, updates & policies ensuring the Talent Partners can focus on supporting our leaders & teams. The role will mainly focus on driving the processes related to the organization structure & employee lifecycle ensuring consistency.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Management of the organization structure: Accountable for the business structure in TalentShare
• Support Talent Partners during reorganizations (collecting all the information & implementation in TalentShare)
• Implements small changes and updates (positions & structure)
• Makes sure all position data is accurate & correct
• Keeps Talent & Reward Operations team informed about reorganizations to ensure workload for the team can be planned accordingly
Ensures the recruitment & on boarding process is running seamlessly creating a great experience for our new hires
• Obtain and communicate accurate information from stakeholders (Managers, Talent Partners, Talent & Reward Operations, Talent Acquisition) as it relates to new role creation, backfill situations etc.
• Ensure this information is shared with stakeholders and implemented in our systems timely and accurately
• Responsible for the organization of an excellent induction of the new hires supported by the Talent & Reward Operations team.
Promotions & off cycle increases
• Advises Talent Partners on policy & Job levelling framework
• Seeks confirmation for job level and ensures job analyses has been done and approved
• Delivers pre-work, paperwork & ensures proper documentation is kept
Perform job leveling:
Gathers necessary information related the position and performs job leveling.
Obtains the approval from TRO Lead.
Reviews & updates policies and provides guidance and interpretation:
• Policy development: develop and improves policies, collects feedback & reaches agreement
• Works on the local implementation of Global policies
• Ensure changes are implemented and communicated to employees and managers levering HR Answers
• Ensures the HR Answers team is trained and HR Answers portal is updated
• Advises talent partners and clarifies interpretation of specific policies related to special cases
Responsible for data quality
• Ensure timely & accurate implementation of changes in TalentShare as single source of key talent data.
Process ownership /improvement
• Be true process owner responsible for the performance & continuous improvement
• Proactively reach-out to stakeholders using analytics and insights
• Permanently search for new ways of working to increase quality & efficiency
Global talent processes
• Guide Talent partners in preparing, communication and follow-up of the global processes (performance & compensation review, TOR, ...)
• Driving consistency between Talent Partners & Talent & Reward Operations team members
Local Reporting
• provide local reports for assigned business area adding analysis & trends supported by the specialist in the Talent & Reward Operations team
