仕事内容:

月間利用者1,200万人の日本最大級のママ向け情報プラットフォーム「ママスタ」における新たなマネタイズ施策の企画から、営業活動をお任せします

部長直下のポジションで、商品設計~営業活動まで裁量もって取り組める環境です。ママスタという大きなサービスを通じて、「自らのアイデアを推進していきたい」という方にぜひお越しいただきたいと考えております。

【ミッション】

今回の営業は決まったソリューションを売るのではなく、既存の枠組みに捉われずに自ら商品設計を行い、それをもとに営業活動を行っていただきます。

お客様の課題を直接ヒアリングすることで、新たな提供価値も発見しやすい環境です。自社のリソースを最大限に組み合わせてマネタイズにつながる企画を生み出し、新たな価値提供を続けていくことがミッションです。

【具体的な業務】

・タイアップ広告の営業

広告主、広告代理店、メディアレップからいただく与件に対してタイアップ広告を企画し制作・納品します。広告主のプロダクトとママスタユーザーのインサイトをリンクさせることが重要となります。

広告主はナショナルクライアントが多く、業界は食品、消費財、学習教材、住宅、自動車など多岐に渡ります。また制作・納品だけでなくタイアップ広告の商品メニュー開発や広告のデータ解析まで行っていただく予定です。

なにがマネタイズにつながるのか自ら考えながら同じ部署のメンバーと積極的に会話し、答えをつくりにいくことが求められます。

裁量はもちろん、すでにある自社のデータやノウハウもメディア規模に伴ってございますので、これらを最大限活用したくさんの挑戦をしていただけます。

法人顧客への提案型営業経験

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制

コアタイム 10:30~16:30

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,700 〜 ¥401,400は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,700〜¥94,400(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
