- As a leadership member in the Technology division, work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop IT strategies that align with overall organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT strategies with business processes, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through strategic technology initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with CxO and Department head level clients, serving as a trusted advisor on IT strategy and operational matters
- Thought leadership and team building / development

- IT Strategy and Planning, Digital transformation, Technology Roadmapping (Infrastructure, application, emerging tech, etc.)
