About The Department And Service
This role maximizes Rakuten Mobile's innovative DX (Digital Transformation) solution group (communication (mobile/fixed), SaaS solutions, security (MDM, etc.), generative AI, IoT/devices (smartphones/tablets/PCs, etc.)) to contribute to the business growth of corporate customers and drive the sustainable growth of Rakuten Mobile's DX solutions.
To achieve this, the position will manage overall business KPIs, formulate short-term strategies, plan long-term strategies such as M&A, and oversee initiatives across the entire division, thereby maximizing business value and promoting organizational transformation.
You will be involved in planning and promoting business strategies for DX solutions that combine cutting-edge technology and mobile communication, leveraging the diverse assets of the Rakuten Group to their fullest.

With the expansion of DX solution offerings in Rakuten Mobile's corporate business, we are seeking talent to take charge of strategic KPI management and business plan formulation and promotion to ensure sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
■ Overview of Responsibilities
Maximize and streamline business growth through KPI management (management accounting such as sales performance), short-term strategies (KPI formulation, etc.), medium- to long-term strategies (M&A strategy, etc.) for Rakuten Mobile's corporate DX solutions, and oversight of initiatives across the entire division.
KPI Management and Analysis
・Define, set, and track key KPIs for DX solutions, including sales, profit, customer acquisition, churn rate, and service utilization rate.
・Collect, analyze, and report various KPI data to identify business challenges and propose improvements.
・Evaluate business performance and monitor financial health from a management accounting perspective.
Short-Term Strategy Formulation and Promotion
・Set short-term KPIs (quarterly, semi-annually, etc.) to achieve business goals and lead the formulation and promotion of concrete strategies and measures to achieve them, involving relevant stakeholders.
Medium- to Long-Term Strategy Formulation and Execution
・Formulate medium- to long-term business strategies (3 to 5-year span) with a view to sustainable growth of DX solutions.
・Plan and promote growth strategies such as M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), business alliances, and exploration of new business areas.
・Collaborate with planning departments on technology roadmaps and optimization of service portfolios.
Oversight of Division-Wide Initiatives
・Plan and support the execution of cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth business operations by fostering collaboration among departments within and outside the division, such as sales, marketing, planning, and development.
Stakeholder Collaboration
・Regular business reporting and strategic proposals to management.
・Smooth communication and collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, planning, development, finance, and legal.
Working Environment
You will work in a dynamically expanding organization, collaborating with global teams both internally and externally. We utilize the latest IT tools and systems, including AI, to support efficient work execution.

Required Qualifications
Work Experience and Years of Experience
・Experience in KPI management, business planning, management planning, or equivalent strategic planning at an operating company.
・Work experience in the IT/telecommunications industry, SaaS, cloud services, or IoT-related businesses.
Skills
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent skill).
・Business-level Japanese proficiency. (Understanding of Japanese business customs and culture, and the ability to communicate, negotiate, and present smoothly with customers.)
・Data analysis capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions based on data.
・Strategic thinking, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Basic PC skills (advanced data analysis in Excel, document creation in PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in project planning and management for M&A or business alliances.
・Knowledge and practical experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
・Deep understanding of DX (Digital Transformation) and sensitivity to the latest technology trends.
・Ability to collaborate and cooperate with related departments and stakeholders, not just their own organization, to achieve common goals.
