2025年4月に開学したZEN大学は、スクーリングが不要な通信制大学です。生徒数30,000名を超えるネットの高校「N/S高等学校」のノウハウを活かした当大学の学生募集担当をお任せします。

ネット×リアル双方で学ぶことができる日本発の本格的オンライン大学です【業務内容】

入学ご検討者の方の疑問やご不安を解決する、学生募集(反響営業)をご担当いただきます。

ZEN大学にご興味をお持ちの方に、大学で実現できる学びを提案、ご案内する仕事です。

疑問や不安を解決し、安心してご入学いただけるようにサポートを行っていただきます

【具体的には】

・資料請求者やイベント参加者に対しての入学相談や出願促進(電話・対面・Zoom)

・大学説明会やオープンキャンパス等の企画運営や、ガイダンス等への参加

・資料請求者や入学者データ分析

・高校や塾への訪問、情報交換 等

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:フレックス勤務(コアタイム11:00-15:00)

基本労働時間8時間/日

休憩:60分

時間外労働:有( 10時間程度/月)

完全週休二日制 その他法人が休日と認める日(年末年始休暇等)

※ ご入社時期、評価、業績により夏季・冬季賞与額が変動いたします。

年度途中で入職された場合は、賞与の標準支給額は月割りで算出されます。

4月・5月・6月入社の場合、評価対象期間 (前年10月~当年3月まで)の勤務がないため、初年度の6月の賞与はございません。

10月・11月・12月入社の場合、評価対象期間(当年4月~当年9月まで)の勤務がないため、初年度の12月の賞与はございません。
