Department Overview
The Partner Data Management Group within the Strategic Sales Department of the Travel & Mobility Business is a team dedicated to accelerating the growth of Rakuten Travel through data and systems.
Guided by our vision - to leverage data and systems to accelerate Rakuten Travel's growth and enable the best possible experience for all stakeholders — we support fast and accurate decision-making through objective data analysis and optimized tools.
As a key partner to the sales organization, we visualize and analyze partner and sales activities, identify critical KPIs, propose action directions, and conduct post-implementation evaluations.
We utilize tools such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Access to manage, analyze, and visualize data that directly contributes to business performance and productivity improvement across the Travel business.

To address this, we are seeking a new team member who can leverage Tableau and GCP to conduct data analysis and contribute to strategic planning.

We are in a phase of advancing and maturing data utilization for sales support, where analytical outputs are closely tied to business strategy and on-the-ground sales actions.

Design and build dashboards using Tableau

Conduct competitive analysis and derive actionable implications
Design and monitor KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
