【業務内容】
プロジェクトマネージャーとして、同社独自のAIソリューションであるexaBase Studioを用いたプロジェクトの企画、設計、推進、実行を担っていただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を担当します。
▽プロジェクト計画立案・管理
■クライアントの課題を深く理解し、exaBase Studioを活用した最適な
■AIソリューションを企画・提案
■プロジェクトスコープ、リソース、スケジュール、予算を計画・管理
▽プロジェクト推進
■社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、プロジェクトを推進
■課題の明確化と要件定義、プロジェクトの進捗報告をクライアントに実施
■エンジニア、デザイナー、ビジネスチームとの連携を通じ、成果物の品質向上
▽プロセス改善とナレッジ共有
■プロジェクト成功のためのベストプラクティスを確立
■成果物やプロセスを通じて社内外への価値提供を促進(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

▽経験
■プロジェクトマネジメント経験(3年以上)
■ITやAIを活用したプロジェクトの経験、もしくは関連分野への強い興味
■クライアントコミュニケーション能力、折衝経験
■複数のステークホルダーとの調整能力
