【業務内容】
同社のAI開発プラットフォーム「exaBase Studio」のDevOpsチームに所属していただき、チームプロセスおよびクラウドインフラのセットアップ自動化を主導していただきます。インフラの自動化を通じてデプロイメントの効率化を図り、システムの可用性向上に貢献していただきます。
また、exaBase Studio開発チームやビジネス部門と緊密なパートナーシップを築き、クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を中心に担当いただきます。
■インフラ構築、自動化、維持管理
■CI/CD環境の運用・管理
■他のエンジニアリングチームがexaBase Studioのサービスをスムーズにデプロイできるよう、ツールやプラクティスの開発や技術支援
■複数部門を巻き込んだプロジェクトリード

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
▽経験
■DevOps、SRE、インフラエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト等の実務経験3年以上
■AWSまたはAzure活用したインフラ構築および自動化経験
■IaCの概念理解およびツール(Chef、Packer、Terraform等)の使用経験
■バージョン管理、CI/CD、インフラ自動化、オーケストレーション、デプロイ自動化、および構成管理に関する知識
■何らかのWebフレームワークを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験
▽語学力
■ビジネスレベルの日本語(N2以上)と会話レベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■Kubernetesの運用経験
■Azure、GCP、Azureなどのクラウドプラットフォームに精通している方
■テックリード(またはリードエンジニア)として技術面からチームをリードした経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
