責務:
IT本部、グローバルITとやりとりし、ハードウェア(モバイル、PC、ネットワーク機器など)やソフトウェアを競争力のある適正な価格と条件で購入いただきます。
職務範囲:
戦略立案、コスト削減の立案、RFI/RFP/RFQ、入札、サプライヤー交渉、サプライヤー管理、契約管理、商品管理、社内外のステークホルダー管理。
職務内容:
顧客との折衝- 社内顧客(IT本部など)との緊密な協力関係の構築
関連KPIの達成- 購買戦略とコスト削減戦略 - 会社の財務に貢献するため
購買戦略・コスト削減戦略の立案 - 市場を見て、RFI/RFP/RFQおよび入札の実施- コスト削減で財務に好影響を与える
入札・RFI/RFP/RFQの実施- 社内関係者から必要な情報を収集し、適切なドキュメントを作成し、スケジュールを管理する- コスト削減を実現する
サプライヤー管理- サプライヤーが社内の品質・評価ガイドラインに従って評価され、文書が適切に保管・ファイリングされていることを確認する-当社のリスクが保護されるような枠組み契約をサプライヤーに確実に適用する
調達コンプライアンス- サプライヤーの選定、評価、交渉プロセスにおいて、調達コンプライアンスが遵守されていることを確認すること、無理な購買を避けるため、購買要求のレビューが確実に管理されていること
求める経験・スキル(必須):
・IT購買のご経験または、SIerやエレクトロニクス商社で営業として見積提示をしていたご経験
・英語力上級(目安TOEC830点以上)
あると望ましい経験・スキル:
・調達・購買経験(特にハードウェア・ソフトウェアの調達経験)
・交渉、サプライヤー管理、契約管理、社内関係者管理、データ分析などの基本的な調達実務の知識(間接業務に関連することが望ましい)
・購買システム、サプライヤー管理システム、その他の調達関連システムおよびプロセスに関する知識
