\営業アシスタント|残業月5h程・賞与昨年実績3ヶ月分・未経験歓迎/
■仕事内容 業界トップシェアを誇る「歯車」を中心とした機械部品商社での、営業サポート業務です。
ニッチな業界ですが、スマホ製造装置や医療機器など、最先端のモノづくりに欠かせない製品を扱っており、安定性は抜群です。
【具体的な業務内容】 既存のお客様(メーカーや商社)からの注文対応が中心です。
- 受発注業務: メールやFAXで届く注文内容を専用システムに入力します。
- 納期・在庫管理: 商品の在庫確認や、協力工場への納期確認を行います。
- 出荷手配: 社内に在庫がある場合は、ピッキング・梱包して発送手配を行います。
- ※扱う部品は手のひらサイズの歯車などが中心で、重量物はほとんどありません。
- 電話・メール対応: お客様からの在庫確認や納期のお問い合わせに対応します。
【入社後の流れ】 専門知識は一切不要です。OJT形式で先輩社員が丁寧に教えますので、事務デビューの方もご安心ください。
