<仕事内容>

新築戸建・アパート建設における、

施工管理業務をお任せします。

現場全体を見渡し、品質・進捗・安全を守りながら、

スムーズな工程を支える重要なポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・作業工程やスケジュールの管理

・現場スタッフへの指示、進捗確認

・品質・安全管理のチェックと対応

・見積に基づく資材の発注・管理

・タブレットや専用アプリによる現場DX化の推進

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,200,000 〜 ¥6,090,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,100(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
