\建築施工管理/

官公庁・マンション・住宅などの現場で、

修繕や改修工事の施工管理をお任せします。

・工程・安全・品質・原価管理

・協力業者・職人の手配と調整

・資材や人員の手配

・施主や設計事務所との打合せ など

\仕事の流れもわかりやすい/

(1) 案件引き継ぎと施工計画の策定

(2) 現場打合せ・着工準備

(3) 着工後の進捗・品質・予算の管理

(4) 完成・引き渡し・報告書作成

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※残業月10時間程度

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(会社カレンダーによる)

年間休日120日(夏季・年末年始休暇含む)

有給休暇10日~(入社半年経過後)

勤務地:

・マイカー通勤可(無料駐車場あり)

・直行直帰可能

・地方案件の対応に伴う出張あり。(新潟・長野・大阪・沖縄など(宿泊あり))

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,200,000 〜 ¥6,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,625〜¥101,550(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・資格手当(1級施工管理技士:月1万円/2級施工管理技士:月5千円など)

・子供手当(月1万円)

・出張手当

・賞与年2回※業績連動

・昇給査定:年2回※業績連動

※年収は年齢や経歴等により決定いたします。

※年棒制であり、月間30時間分の残業代と賞与2か月分を含みます。

※給与支払いは年収を14分割となります。(賞与2回分含む)

想定年収:420万円~650万円

※記載の金額は14分割です。

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。
