【仕事内容】

同部内のメンバーのみならず、他チームなど幅広くコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進していただきます。

※以下すべてができるのが理想ですが、部分であってもまったく問題ありません。

・プロダクト戦略・改善のためのデータ分析・インサイト抽出。

事業成長やネックのシード探索。

仮説の立案と検証。

・分析結果に基づいたプロダクトとマーケティング改善・新規施策の推進。

分析結果に基づくネクストアクションの提案、他のメンバ・チームと協業してリリースまで推進。

上記アクションのKPI観測とPDCA。

・各プロダクトの戦略立案、プレゼン、浸透( 顧客理解、セグメンテーション。ユーザおよびプロダクトの成長ストーリーを描く)。

・分析基盤の保守、メンテナンス。およびそれに付随するタスク。

・BIツールを用いたダッシュボードの作成・保守。

・テクノロジー面での調査・提案(技術的課題の方針策定および解決推進)。

・データ分析を用いたサービス改善に関わった経験

・BIツール利用経験

GoogleSpreadSheet(データコネクタやGAS、通常の関数など。何かに特化ではなく幅広くできると◎。)

LookerStudio、DOMOなど

・コミュニケーション力

他のアナリスト・サイエンティストと協力してタスクを進める

他のチームに対して:相手の求めるものを正確に理解するためのヒアリングを行い、より見るべき数値の提案をできるレベル

・データベース利用経験

ECサイトのテーブル構造の把握

Bigqueryを中心としたSQLによるデータハンドリングが1人で問題なく行える
