業推進本部のPMとして、自社およびグループ全体の業務プロセスを再定義し、SaaS導入や自社開発ツールによって圧倒的なオペレーション効率化を実現していただきます。
ミッション・役割
- 現場ヒアリングを通じ、課題を構造化して改善策を企画・実行。
- 基幹システムや周辺サービスの要件定義、および非機能要件(拡張性・セキュリティ等)のリード。
- 急拡大に伴う組織の『歪み』を、SaaS導入や自社ツール開発によって解消する司令塔。
プロジェクト例
- 現場ニーズに合わせた新規SaaS導入。
- グループ会社を含めた社内システムの統合。
- 契約・請求管理、BIツール等のリプレイス。
- 「データ × オペレーション × AI」を駆使した業務変革の立案。

応募資格(必須)
以下のすべてに該当する方の募集となります。
- クラウド環境での実務経験(2年以上) SaaSやクラウドシステムを基盤とした業務環境での勤務実績。
- ITコンサルまたはSIerでのPM / PL経験(3年以上) プロジェクトを主導し、納期・品質・ステークホルダー管理を行った経験。
- CRMツールの実装・運用経験(3年以上) ※アドミニストレーターレベルの知識・スキル(Salesforce等の構築経験など)
【具体的な経験・スキル例】
- 上流工程の実務実績 現状整理、課題分析からTo-Be像(あるべき姿)の策定、要件定義までを一貫して行った経験。
- システム開発の全工程(ライフサイクル)への関与 要件定義だけでなく、設計、開発、テスト、移行まで、一連のプロセスを理解・完遂した経験。
- 経営層・意思決定者との折衝 プロジェクトの妥当性を説明し、上申や合意形成、高度な調整を行った経験。
- エンジニアリングスキルを用いた業務効率化
- GASやSQLを用いた実務の自動化、API連携の実装。
- BigQueryを用いたデータの抽出・加工・分析の実務経験。
