仕事内容:

<特定非営利活動法人サードプレイスとは>

横浜市鶴見区で、「こどもたちには、サードプレイスを おとなたちには、こどもたちと出会える場を」をテーマに、こどもたちの居場所をつくる取り組みをすすめています。

<児童育成支援拠点事業とは>

養育環境にサポートが必要な子どもたちにとって、家庭でも学校でもない安心感が得られる"第3の居場所"になることを目指して事業を実施しています。子ども本人が「生き抜くチカラ」を身につけ伸ばしていけるよう、子どもへの支援だけでなく、生活の環境を整えるため養育者の支援、相談もおこなっていきます。

目指す姿(目的)

①子どもたちにとって頼れる場所(居場所)になること。

②生活スキルや学習などを学べ、身に着けられる場所であること。

③将来の見通しを持つことや夢を持つことができる。

④自律と自立を目指し、生き抜くチカラと夢や将来を叶えるチカラを身に着ける。

育つ環境にサポートが必要な家庭の子どもたちが、学童のような形で放課後に通う生活塾です。

▼生活支援スタッフの主な業務内容

・アセスメント

利用する子どもたちの生活習慣、学習習慣の把握

・支援計画の作成/モニタリング

生活習慣や能力に応じた支援計画の立案、実施と進行管理

・児童の送迎(車両や徒歩)

・電話、来所、訪問による相談、記録、関係機関の紹介など

・養育者や家庭のニーズに応じた支援

・児童相談所、区役所などの関係機関との連携

・関連する法人が実施する居場所づくり、学習支援の取り組み等

求める人材:

▼応募条件(必須)

①自動車運転免許を所持(利用児童の車両送迎ができる方)

②児童指導員、保育士、社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士のいずれかの資格、教育職員免許法第4条に規定する免許状若しくは児童福祉事業に2年以上従事していた経験を有する者。(資格証の提出有り)

・社会福祉学部等で児童福祉を勉強された方

・少人数の組織体制なので、職員同士コミュニケーションがしっかり取れる方。

・未経験でも、向上心のある方。

子どもの支援、保護者の支援がメイン業務になりますので、思いやりをもち笑顔でご対応できる方のご応募を心よりお待ちしております。

勤務時間・曜日:

主に平日、月1~2回程度土日祝の勤務あり

例)10:00-19:00 実働8時間(休憩60分)

※子どもの活動の時間に合わせ、遅番(12:00-21:00)もあります。

<タイムスケジュール例>

10:00 出勤 朝ミーティング

10:00~13:00 前日の日報の確認、関係機関への連絡業務

カンファレンスや支援計画の検討、家庭訪問や来所面談など

13:00~14:00 休憩

14:00 スタッフ間でミーティング・支援記録作成

14:30~ 送迎

15:00~ 子どもの受け入れ対応、子どもと活動

18:00 送迎

19:00 片付け翌日の準備をして退勤

内訳】

基本給:220,000~300,000円

調整手当:30,000~50,000円(資格、経験等に基づき決定)

※当法人の規定に基づき決定します。

※入職6か月間は試用期間とし、勤務態度、能力などを判断した後に本採用になります。
