【仕事内容】

【担当業務】

■富裕層・VIP向けのコミュニティサービス責任者として、運営戦略・事業計画を立案・推進(全体の約7割)

・「バリュエンスクラブ(仮)」の立ち上げ、会員プログラム設計、マネタイズ設計、VIP顧客向けの新サービス・特典の企画、パートナー企業との協業推進

・CRMデータを活用した顧客分析、LTV向上施策の立案

・社内各部門(マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサクセス)との連携によるVIP体験の設計

・VALONの店舗運営マネジメント、イベント企画・実行

・プロジェクト進行管理(ステークホルダー調整・実行推進)

・会員増加のための新しいマーケティング施策(CRM、SNS、VIPイベント等)の企画

・チームマネジメント(採用・育成・評価)

■VALON運営業務(全体の約3割)

・サロンの企画・運営戦略立案・実行

・会員体験向上のためのサービス企画・改善

・売上・KPI管理、レポーティング

・外部パートナー企業との折衝、コラボレーション推進

・サロン空間・イベントの品質維持・改善(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須(MUST)】

・0→1フェーズのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(進行管理・関係者調整)

・データを活用した施策立案経験(LTV改善、会員分析など)

・CRMや会員制サービスに関する基本的な知識

・高いホスピタリティマインドと顧客志向

・チームマネジメント経験(採用・育成・評価など)

・富裕層・VIP向けサービス、ラグジュアリーブランドでの企画運営経験

・会員制コミュニティやクラブサービスの企画・立ち上げ経験

・データドリブンマーケティング(会員分析・LTV設計)の実務経験

・パートナーシップ企画や優待サービス設計の経験(航空会社やカード会社との提携経験など歓迎)

・デジタルマーケティングやSNS戦略の知識・実務経験

・英語・中国語などの語学力(海外顧客対応やインバウンド施策で活かせる)

・イベント企画・運営の経験(VIPイベント・ブランド体験会など)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
