【役割】

利用者様の増加に対応し、管理職候補として正社員でご活躍いただきます。

地域に根差した質の高い介護サービスを提供し、社会貢献に携わるやりがいのあるポジションです。

主な役割は以下の通りです。

・スタッフの育成・指導、シフト管理

・サービス提供体制の構築

・ご家族との連携

・施設運営に関わる業務全般

利用者様一人ひとりの生活を尊重し、その人らしい暮らしを支えるケアの実現を目指していただきます。

また、従業員の定着率向上と働きやすい環境づくりに取り組み、チーム全体をまとめながら施設運営を推進していただきます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・グループホームにおける介護業務全般の管理

・スタッフの育成・指導、シフト管理

・利用者様への個別ケア計画の作成および実施

・ご家族との連絡調整、相談対応

・施設運営に関わる事務作業、記録管理

・地域との連携強化、関係機関との調整

月給 326,000円~349,000円

基本給 147,000円~160,000円

地域手当 24,000円

役職手当 60,000円

資格手当 30,000円

調整手当 25,000円~35,000円
