多くのサプライヤーから入荷したアイテムはフルフィルメントセンターという物流拠点に集約され、各地のデリバリーステーション(配送拠点)を経てお客様先に届けられます。
今回私たちは、配送パートナーのオペレーションを管理する チャネル・チーム・リード (CTL) を募集しております。
このポジションは、配送パートナーのパフォーマンス管理や、オペレーション計画の推進をサポートします。
【業務内容】
アカウント管理:
・Amazonとの協業を含めた配送パートナーの成長を推進する。
・アカウント戦略を実行し配送パートナーとのAmazonのビジネス機会を最大化する。
フィールド訪問:
・配送パートナーの配送拠点をデイリー/ウィークリー/マンスリーで定期的に訪問する。
トレーニング:
・プロセス、プロダクト、オペレーションモデルおよび手順のトレーニングやコーチングを実施する。
・現場レベルで、既存の配送ネットワーク上に新しいプロダクトやサービスをローンチさせることや実際の配送パートナーの他チームとの協業オペレーションを実現していく。
レポーティング:
・配送パートナーの直近のパフォーマンスや状況について定期的にレポートを作成し、担当エリア全体の配送ネットワークの状況報告をエリアマネージャーに対して行う。また、データに基づいたアクションプランを提案する。
チームマネージメント:
・配送パートナーに対し、ターゲット達成(ボリューム/初回配完率等主要メトリック等)のためのチーム運営をアドバイスし、モチベーションを高める。
・配送パートナーのエンゲージメントを向上させ、ビジネスの改善やリテンションを高める。
・日々のオペレーションから生じる問題や課題に対応する。
・必要に応じて配送拠点のオペレーションをサポートする。

Basic Qualifications
【応募条件】 ①又は②のご経験をお持ちの方 ①2年以上の業務委託先が配送する物流業務の管理、チャネル管理の経験、配送オペレーションを理解した上での現場でのアカウント管理経験 ②2年以上の現場オペレーション (小売り、レストラン、SCM、配送の現場など)の管理経験
業務改善経験(規模の大小は問わず)
ビジネスレベルのエクセル操作(基本的な関数やピボットテーブルが扱えるレベル)
