自動車部品メーカーの開発職としての業務を

体験していただける

5daysインターンシップを開催いたします。

本インターンシップでは「自動車用防音材」

という、普段あまり目にすることのできない

製品の企画や開発の仕事を、

普段の業務からレアな業務まで、

幅広く知り、体験することができます。

  • オリエンテーション

・会社説明

中外の事業内容、業界について紹介します。

  • 音、防音材についての説明

・どのように音が出て、吸収されるのか。

防音材とは何か見たこともないという方でも

わかりやすく説明します。

  • 春日井工場見学

・弊社の最も新しい工場にて、

自動化された設備と、

実際の製造現場を見学します。

  • 自動車展示見学

・分解された自動車の展示を見学し、

自動車の構造を学びます。

  • 評価設備見学

音が全く響かない「無響室」などの、

珍しい評価設備も見学します。

  • 評価業務体験

・実際に材料の組み合わせを考案し、

実車測定室(半無響室)にて、

材料の評価をします。

  • 設計体験

3DCAD(CATIA V5)による設計を

体験していただきます。

  • まとめ

各見学・業務体験は、

実際に担当している社員より、

基礎から丁寧にレクチャーしますので、

初めての知識でも安心してください。

雑談などを通して、

当社の雰囲気を感じることもできます。
