仕事内容
自社分譲マンションなどの仕入開発からエリア単位の都市開発まで幅広く不動産開発を担当します
具体的には
【分譲マンション事業】
自社分譲マンション「ポレスター」「グラディス」「ソルティア」シリーズの用地仕入開発までお任せします。
・用地の情報収集、現地調査
・事業計画立案
・分譲規模等のシミュレーション
・市場分析
・事業の工程管理 等

給与:月給30万円~45万円 + 賞与年2回 + インセンティブ
※経験・能力等を考慮のうえ決定します。
※上記月給には固定残業代として、
月給30万円~33万円未満の場合は、月30時間分(56,100円~61,700円)
月給33万円~45万円以下の場合は、月40時間分(77,400円~105,500円)
を含みます。超過分は別途支給いたします 。
※試用期間6ヶ月有/給与・待遇は変わりません。
