不動産開発【転勤なし/年休126日/土日休み】広島

【仕事内容】

【広島/転勤なし/年休126日】ベロッパー兼、発注元兼、プロジェクト推進役を担う同社にて不動産開発業務

トータテグループの同社にて、用地仕入れ部門から引継ぎ、大小様々な区画にて、分譲住宅を販売できる状態まで進めて、仕上げるまでのプロジェクト管理を行って頂きます。

別部門が獲得してきた区画を販売できる状態まで完了させることがミッションです。建物はトータテハウジングに発注をかけます。

宅地造成~外構工事は自社または下請け会社に発注し、施工完了まで進捗管理を行っていただきます。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)


【年収・給与】

【年収】400万円~650万円(25歳~43歳例)【月収】250,000円~400,000円(25歳~43歳例)※※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。※残業代は別途支給いたします。(平均残業時間:15時間/月程度)昇給:年1回賞与実績:前年実績4.15カ月分
