人事本部のV&A(Ventures & Acquisitions)チームにて、アクセンチュアのM&A(企業買収)案件においてディールチームと連携し、人事制度やプロセス全般にわたるソリューション設計を行い、買収企業の統合を支援します。

デューデリジェンス(買収前調査)から統合プロセスの設計・実装まで、ディールライフサイクル全体をサポート。エグゼクティブ層との関わりが深く、経営層や買収先リーダーと密接に連携し、人事統合に必要なソリューションの検討と合意形成を主導します。

  • 具体的な業務内容

様々なM&Aプロジェクトにて、人事領域におけるデューデリジェンスおよび統合プロジェクト活動の成功・効果・納期遵守を責任をもって遂行します。

【デューデリジェンスフェーズ】

・買収前調査のデータ検証方法とプロセスを定義・管理

・人材スキルや人事リスクを評価し、統合戦略に反映

・グローバルおよびマーケットユニットの人事チームと連携し、報酬制度やキャリアパスなど人事制度の設計・最適化

・契約前後のデューデリジェンスにかかるコストの見積り

・主要ステークホルダー(財務・法務・コーポレートデベロップメントなど)と協働

・報酬、福利厚生、退職金・年金、キャリア体系、インセンティブ、企業文化、コンプライアンス・ポリシー等の主要な人事判断に関する初期統合プランを策定

・グローバル・ローカルの各HRリードと連携し、初期統合提案を作成

・対象従業員向けのパフォーマンスやリテンションプランの設計・提案

【インテグレーションフェーズ】

・各案件の人事統合計画を策定し、実行を推進

・ディールチームや社内関係者と連携し、過去の事例やローカルHR状況を踏まえた魅力的な従業員体験を設計

・キャリア体系、報酬・評価、HRテクノロジー、人事ポリシーなど主要プロセス・重要分野の統合ソリューションを設計・実施

・各種データや分析結果をもとに、事業面や人材面での影響を踏まえた最適な統合判断を支援

・対象従業員の転籍・オンボーディングをプロジェクト管理と円滑な入社受け入れの実現

・統合プロセスで得た知見を記録・共有し、今後の買収案件に反映

  • 応募要件

・経験:

  • 人事領域での実務経験(人事戦略・労務管理)5年以上
  • 人事制度策定に関わる人事コンサルティング経験 5年以上
  • M&Aプロジェクトにおける人事業務経験

・スキル

  • Microsoft Officeスキル

PowerPoint(経営会議等のスライド/資料作成経験がある)

Exce(Vlookup関数等の基礎的な関数、及び、Pivot tableが使える)

  • 口頭、文書による英語での高いコミュニケーション力(目安:TOEIC 800点以上)

・その他

  • 労働関連法規、及び、Total Reward(報酬、株式、福利厚生)の基本的な理解

  • 出張に対応できる方(国内出張が中心、2ヶ月に1回程度)
