Job Description:
Business Analysis
o Analyze requirements to maximize clarity and completeness
o Conduct Requirements Workshops and collect information from stakeholders
o Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
o Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
o Prepare a business case to document requirements and propose solutions
o Promote & facilitate stakeholder engagement & cooperation
o Manage large amounts of data and maintain/create reports
Operation Support
o Analyze and implement process improvements
o Support horizontal strategic operations
o Document operational processes
o Track and report KPIs
o Organize and facilitate a wide range of executive meetings and events
Investigations
o Interface with stakeholders from other departments and investigate pain points and opportunities
o Collect information from multiple sources and consolidate into a one report
o Lead change management initiatives
o Interact with members from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Requirements:
Experience in consulting, business or technical work(At least 4 years)
Experience in global and Japanese companies
English:
Business proficiency
Japanese:
Language proficiency equivalent to the N1 level
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Computer Science)
Desired Skills:
Experience in Project management
Experience in OKR (Objective and Key Result) management
Knowledge of optimization frameworks (e.g., QCC, Six Sigma)
Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau)
Language
Requirements:
Japanese - Language proficiency equivalent to the N1 level
English - Language proficiency ex: TOEIC 800 or higher
