建設機械などを製造している会社で・・・
【1】ミニショベルや建設機械の部品の組付け作業
【2】検査&ラベルの貼り付け作業
【3】部品のピッキングや運搬作業
※いずれかの工程への配属となります。
勤務開始日から4日間はしっかり研修があり、
5日目に現場配属となるので
どういう仕事か理解して始められるので安心
配属後も最初は指導して下さる方がいらっしゃって
いきなり1人・・・ということがなく、
サポートしてもらえる好環境です

・塗装前準備(表面処理、エアブロー・マスキングなど)
・設備での鉄板曲げ
・溶接後の表面仕上げ作業

製造現場では、作業ミス・不良率を下げるためにも、コミュニケーションは全て日本語で行っています。
細かなニュアンスの違いも正確に伝わるように、正しい日本語で丁寧なやり取りが必要なお仕事になります。
