仕事内容


【主な仕事内容】

グローバル人材支援グループにおける、外国人の人材派遣・人材紹介業務をお任せいたします。

クライアント企業は、エアポート事業、百貨店、テーマパーク等、インバウンドのお客様が多く来られる企業様が中心です。

・企業との商談等による外国人人材の派遣先、紹介先の獲得

・ワーキングホリデーを活用した外国人人材の派遣先の獲得

・当社各事業部からの外国人採用依頼への対応

※担当案件、顧客によりRA、CAの兼務の場合もあり

【入社後の流れ】

入社後、まずは座学ベースでの研修を実施して、当社の事業内容や仕事内容についての理解を深めていただきます。

その後は先輩の商談に同席するなど、OJTを中心にお仕事内容を学んでいただき、2~3ヶ月程で独りで仕事を進められるようになります。

現地での業務説明等も実施しておりますので、業務に慣れてこられたタイミングでお任せいたします。

実績・成果は年齢・社歴に関係なく、評価につながりますので、入社3年目で課長職に昇進した社員や、入社5年目で部長になった社員も在籍しています。なかには入社10年目で役員になった社員もいます

クライアント企業は大手企業が多いため、交渉力が身に付くほか、契約が成立した際の達成感が大きいです。

現地のエージェントとの連携等も必要なため、高いコミュニケーション力が身に付きます。

外国人の採用のご経験をお持ちの方

人材サービス業界経験者 歓迎(人材派遣サービス、人材紹介サービス、求人広告サービス、BPOサービス、等)

営業経験者(法人営業・個人営業) 歓迎

販売店の店長職やリーダー職等、顧客・従業員とのコミュニケーション力を活かした職種経験

コアタイムは設けておりませんが、標準的な勤務時間帯としては、9:40~18:15(実働時間7時間35分/休憩時間60分)です。
