仕事概要
プロダクトについて NodeXは、重要インフラに広がるXIoTシステムをゼロトラストアーキテクチャで守るセキュアなデータ基盤です。 防衛・エネルギー・物流・交通・医療・インダストリーなどの重要インフラ分野において、世界中でXIoTの導入が加速しています。 一方で、現場では ・XIoTデバイスのなりすまし、データ改ざんや不正アクセス ・サービス拡大に伴うセキュリティリスクの増大 ・大規模データを安全に扱うためのセキュリティ運用コスト増大 といった課題が顕在化しています。 NodeXは「安全なデータの通り道を築き、産業のポテンシャルを解放する。」をミッションとして、分散ID技術とゼロトラストアーキテクチャを組み合わせたセキュリティソリューションを提供することで、これらの課題に取り組んでいます。 NodeXのセキュリティソリューションのクラウドサービスコンポーネントは、分散ID基盤、デバイス内のエージェントへのAPI、ユーザ向けのコンソールを提供する役割を担当しています。 このサービスは、パフォーマンス・スケーラビリティ・安定性・コスト効率のすべてを高いレベルで求められるチャレンジングな領域です。 募集背景 NodeXはこれまで外部パートナーと共に開発を進めてきましたが、プロダクトの本格運用・成長フェーズを迎えるにあたり、アーキテクチャ設計や技術選定をリードし、サービス基盤をゼロからつくり上げられる人材が必要となっています。 バックエンド開発とインフラ基盤開発の両面で技術的リードを発揮し、サービスの未来を形づくっていただきます。 Rustが中心のバックエンド開発を進めながら、GCPを活用したスケーラブルなインフラ設計を手がけられます。 仕事内容 [開発] - NodeX Studio(セキュリティダッシュボード)の開発 - 大規模時系列データ処理バックエンドの設計・実装・最適化 - リアルタイム異常検知・アラート機能の開発 - 大規模データインジェストパイプライン構築 - データ可視化・分析API の設計と性能最適化 - インフラ基盤の開発 - IoTデータを処理するバックエンド/API/認証コンポーネントの設計・実装 - GCPを活用したクラウドインフラ構築、IaC(Terraform) の整備 - CI/CDパイプラインの整備 [運用・改善] - パフォーマンス改善、コスト最適化、キャパシティ計画 - セキュリティ対策(権限管理・ログ監査)・ガバナンス対応 - モニタリング基盤の強化、インシデントレスポンスの主導 最初は既存のパートナーと一緒に作業をしてもらい、徐々にクラウド開発をリードしていただくイメージです。 このポジションは「バックエンドを軸に、インフラ領域まで深く踏み込みたいエンジニア」に最適です。 コードを書くだけでなく、システム全体の設計・改善をリードできます。 [設計・技術選定] - 将来的な脅威検知・脆弱性管理機能への拡張性を考慮した設計 - 時系列データベースの最適化(圧縮、パーティショニング、インデックス戦略) - CI/CD パイプライン構築とリリース自動化・最適化 このポジションの魅力 - アーキテクチャからデプロイ基盤、運用設計まで自分で創れるポジションです。 - Rust × GCP × IaC で最新技術を実戦投入 : 高速・安全なバックエンドとスケーラブルなクラウドインフラを設計・実装。 - 数百万〜数億台のIoTデバイスを見据えた大規模基盤に挑戦 : スケーラビリティ、信頼性、コスト最適化など、プロダクトの成長を技術で牽引できます。 - 将来的にアーキテクトや技術戦略に関わるキャリアへ : 技術の中核を担い、組織の成長とともにキャリアを広げられます。 開発体制・技術環境 フロントエンド:TypeScript、 バックエンド:Rust、Axum、SQLx ミドルウェア:GraphQL、Auth0、Sendgrid、PagerDuty データベース:PostgreSQL、BigTable、Redis インフラ:GCP、Vercel デザイン:Figma コード管理:Github コミュニケーション:Notion、Slack, Linear NodeXでは 国内でのフルリモートOK・全国勤務可・技術裁量大 の働き方を推奨しています。 (月に一度開催されるAll Handsには出社していただきます。) 参考資料 - 会社概要: - カルチャーデック: - プロダクトについて:
必須スキル
- 静的型付け言語でのバックエンド開発経験(Rust、Go、Java、Scala、TypeScriptなどでの開発経験) - GCPまたはAWSでのクラウド利用経験 - Terraformの実務経験 - ネイティブレベルの日本語でコミニケーションが取れる(読み書き含む)

年収 800万円 ~ 1,500万円 (等級及びパフォーマンスレベルに応じて決定、パフォーマンスエバリュエーションは半期に一度実施) 長期インセンティブ(ストックオプション)制度(準備中)
