Amazonの入荷・出荷のプロセスを行うフルフィルメントセンター(FC)には、世界トップクラスの物流設備が導入されています。FC内に張り巡らされたコンベアで商品を運搬し、棚入れ、梱包、仕分けといったあらゆるプロセスを自動化・効率化のために機械によって行っております。
JP-RME(Reliability and Maintenance Engineering)部門は、日々物流設備の保全と保守、改善を行い、お客様に満足いただけるように努めております。
今回JP-RMEで募集する職種はチームメンバーを率いて、FCに導入されている物流設備の保全と保守、および設備の安全性や生産性を向上させるための改善を策定し実行いただくMaintenance Area Manager(AM)となります。AMは幅広い技術知識とマネージメント能力の両方が必要な職種です。具体的には機械/電気/生産/制御工学の知識や生産工場での設備改善・品質改善の経験があり、組織/予算/プロジェクトの管理に携わったことのあるエンジニアを求めています。
AMの具体的な業務は以下となり、チームメンバーと協同して実行します。
1.FCに導入されている物流設備の保全/保守作業
2.物流設備の生産性、稼働率、品質、コストおよび安全の改善活動
3.改善のための設備メーカーとの折衝、作業や工事の監督
4.メンテナンステクニシャンへの教育やトレーニング
5.優秀な人材の採用、部下の育成・評価・シフト(勤怠)管理
6.部品購買業務と在庫管理業務、資産管理業務
これらの業務を確実に実行することによりFCにおける生産をサポートし、Amazonの発展にチームとして貢献していただきます。
【取り扱う設備の一例(FCによって異なる)】
■Amazon Robotics(商品棚を持ち上げて移動させるロボット)
■荷合わせシステム(同じお客様が注文された商品を一つにまとめる設備)
■パッキング設備(荷合わせした商品をまとめて梱包する設備)
■仕分け設備(宛先ラベルの印刷と貼り付けを行い、配送方面毎に仕分けを行う設備)

A day in the life
公共交通機関が運行しない時間帯でも交代勤務に出社できるようお願いいたします。(通勤時のタクシー、バイクの利用不可。自動車、自転車の利用可。)
本ポジションはシフト勤務(土日祝、夜勤対応)になります。シフト構成は月末までに翌月2ヶ月分のシフトを決定しており、希望休も考慮いたします。
Basic Qualifications:
- 下記1~3の全てに該当すること。 1.1年以上のマネージャー経験(正社員の部下の業務管理・勤怠管理、または3年以上のチームリーダー経験) 2.5年以上の装置メンテナンス経験または装置製造経験、もしくは5年以上の機械部品(モーター・エアシリンダー・動力伝達機構・バルブなど)、 電気部品(インバーター・光学センサー・BCR・温度センサーなど)、制御機器(PLC・サーボアンプ・タッチパネル・調節計など)の取扱経験 3.3年以上のPCを使用した作業経験(Excel、Word、Outlook) 1.高卒以上
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1.5年以上のPLCを使った制御・通信のプログラミング経験 2.5年以上の物流設備メンテナンス経験または物流機器製造経験 3.5年以上の物流設備の改善、フィールドサポート経験 4.5年以上の装置開発経験または装置設計経験 1.工業高等専門学校または短大卒業以上 1.機械加工、CAD、設計の知識・経験 2.労働安全衛生基礎知識 (法規の理解、製造工場・生産設備での安全知識) 3.以下のいずれかの工学基礎知識: 機械工学 電気工学 生産工学(生産性、稼働率、故障率などの理解) 制御工学(フィードバック制御、サーボ制御の理解 4.インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
