【仕事内容】
【職務詳細】
・ITコンサルタントとして、クライアント企業の課題解決に向けた調査、分析、提案、戦略立案等の業務
・インフラ担当として、社内システムの企画立案からプロジェクト推進。
・クラウド環境(Azure/AWS/GCP等)の設計、構築、運用。
・クラウドベンダとのコントロール、アプリチームとの調整。
・既存運用の改善業務。
・クラウド環境への設定/構築業務。

・全国に店舗を展開する大手小売業顧客のIT部門。
■求める役割
・IT情報システム部門の一員としての活動。
・プロジェクトマネージャーとしての管理/調整。
・顧客の意思決定者へのプレゼン、費用管理/調整。
・社外向けのセミナー登壇を通じた自身のプレゼンス向上に向けた活動
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
下記いずれかの経験を有する方
・メンバー10名以上のマネジメント経験を有する方
・PMO業務の経験
・ITコンサルティングの経験
・全社を巻き込んだプロジェクト推進の経験
・コンサルティング業務または類似の領域で5年以上の実務経験を有する方
・SIer,社内SE職等でシステム導入や開発に類する5年以上の実務経験を有する方
・事業会社において組織を横断するプロジェクトを推進した経験がある方
・業務改善、プロセス改革業務等の経験がある方
・事業創造、新規事業立案から実行の経験がある方
■課題解決力
- 情報が揃わない状況や想定外の問題に対しても冷静に対応し、解決策を提案できる
- 自身の経験だけで解決できない場合は、適切な関係者に相談し、解決へ導ける
■プロジェクトマネジメント
・顧客企業内のスケジュールやタスク調整を行える。
・ユーザー企業の立場からベンダーコントロールができる。
■技術スキル
・以下の領域のいづれかの知識がある。
- パブリッククラウド/オンプレサーバ・ストレージの知識
- NW(GW周辺・WAN・LAN)の知識
- クライアントデバイスの管理に関する知識
- 認証・認可に関する知識
- システム運用に関する知識
- アプリケーション開発およびコンサルティングに関する知識
- 生成AIを活用した業務効率化におけるコンサルティングに関する知識

・ベンダコントロールの経験。

1000万円~1500万円

<本社>東京都千代田区神田駿河台2-5-1 御茶ノ水ファーストビル、<客先常駐>47都道府県 ※選考の過程で配属地についてご相談させていただく予定です。
