【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

社内システムのアプリ系エンジニアとして、システムの設計・開発を担当し、事業側や業務側と協力してトータルサポートを提供します。

要件調整などを行い、基幹系システムの構築から開発運用保守までを同部署メンバーと協力しながら対応頂きます。またシステムの内製開発とクラウドサービスの利活用を組み合わせて、様々な業務のシステム化・効率化を推進します。

社内SEとして、事業部門や業務部門の方たちのニーズを理解し、最適なアプリケーションを設計・開発・カスタマイズするポジションです。

特に2025年からスタートした基幹系システムの移行やデータベースの構築に関わっていただきます。

・アプリケーションの設計、開発、テスト、運用

・アーキテクチャ設計、データベース設計

・チームメンバーの技術指導、育成

・プロジェクトマネジメント

【業務内容変更の範囲】

【求める人材】

【必須】

・SaaSを利用した業務アプリケーションでの設計、開発経験(3年以上)

・Java、C#、PHP、Python等のプログラミング言語に関する深い知識と開発経験

・Spring Framework、Django、Laravel等のフレームワークの利用経験

・RDBMS(MySQL、PostgreSQL、SQLServer、Oracle等)の設計・運用経験

・HTML、CSS、JavaScript、React、vue.js等のフロントエンド技術に関する知識

・Git等のバージョン管理システムの利用経験

・ユーザー折衝、要件定義の経験

・業務部門やエンドユーザーとの要件調整、および仕様策定の経験

・ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、および課題解決の経験

【尚可】

・チームリーダー、テックリードとしての経験

・AI開発、及び、AI開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験のある方は、尚可

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収:600万~700万程度

月給制:月額396000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回

【勤務地】

大阪府大阪市中央区北浜4-4-10 船井総研大阪本社ビル

大阪メトロ御堂筋線「淀屋橋」駅より徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

所定労働時間:7時間30分のシフト制(9:30~18:00/8:30~17:00)

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月(条件変更無し))
