本ポジションは、シーカジャパンにおけるエンドユーザーコンピューティングおよびワークプレイステクノロジーのサービス提供を統括します。国内におけるビジネスITの窓口として、信頼性の高いデバイス、アクセス環境、印刷機能、サイトテクノロジーを確保するとともに、バックエンドサービスに関してはベンダーやインフラ技術部門/コーポレート部門との調整を行います。SLAの推進、導入促進、文書化、継続的改善を主導します。ネットワーク/サーバーエンジニアリングは担当せず、APACインフラ技術チームと連携します。

主な責任

  • ワークプレイスプロジェクト(ビジネスITリード/インフラ技術パートナーとして)
    • オフィス移転・開設・M&A統合におけるビジネスIT業務を主導。プロジェクト計画立案、スケジュール管理、ユーザー向けコミュニケーション、技術設備導入におけるベンダー調整を担当
    • インフラ技術部門と連携し、ネットワーク/ISP導入・更新、サーバーバックアップ/復旧、サーバーサイドタスクを調整。リスク/課題の追跡とビジネス成果の検証を実施
  • エンドポイント&ワークプレイス運用
    • シーカグローバル基準に基づき、企業エンドポイント管理プラットフォーム(例:Intune/MEM)を用いたITハードウェア/デバイスのライフサイクル管理(プロビジョニング、展開、更新、廃棄)
    • 新型ノートPCモデルの検証、Windows新バージョン導入準備状況の確認
    • プリンター/複合機、FAX管理システム、エンドユーザー向け電話/PBX障害対応の調整(ベンダー主導)
    • 見積書作成、PR作成、固定資産登録など、ITハードウェアの調達・廃棄プロセス全般
  • サービス提供と二次サポート
    • 一次サポートからエスカレーションされたチケットを処理。ユーザーとの連絡管理、必要に応じてベンダー/インフラ技術部門への引き継ぎを実施
    • 必要に応じ現場での「実作業/監視」を担当(例:ベンダーのスイッチ設置監督、インフラ技術部門提供の変更計画に基づくパッチケーブル接続)
    • 高品質なナレッジ記事とユーザーガイドの維持
  • ID・アクセス管理とデータ管理
    • ファイルサーバーのフォルダ構造設計、承認済みリクエストまたは組織構造変更に基づくアクセスグループ設定
    • ビジネス部門とのデータ移行/クリーンアップ調整、承認と監査証跡の確保
  • ベンダー・契約調整
    • 日常的なベンダー管理:効率的なサービス提供、コスト管理、リスク軽減を確保するため、サプライヤーへの指示提供、関係性の監督・最適化、契約更新またはベンダー評価を実施
  • リスク・コンプライアンス・監査
    • ワークプレイスサービスがSikaポリシー/ICS/監査に準拠していることを確認
    • エンドポイントの脆弱性修正状況を追跡;インフラ技術部門とサーバー関連事項を提起・監視し、事業部門との解決確認を実施

資格

Qualifications

  • 大学卒業(学士号)以上
  • ワークプレイス/エンドユーザーコンピューティング/ITサービス提供(社内)における5年以上の実務経験(ベンダー調整、ITSM/ITILを含む)。
  • プロジェクト管理の実績があり、複数のプロジェクトを同時に主導できる能力を有する
  • M365の基本操作、印刷/MFP、エンドユーザー向け電話システムの調整に関する深い知識を有する
  • Active Directory、基本ネットワーク概念(IP、VLAN、WiFi)の実務理解(エンジニアリングレベルの深さではない)
  • オフィス移転/開設、OS/ハードウェア更新などのワークプレイスプロジェクトにおける調整スキル
  • 日本語によるステークホルダーとの優れたコミュニケーション能力。
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(尚可。但し、読み書きは必須)
