業務の目的
- 社内外のコミュニケーション活動を通じて、GSKのレピュテーションおよび社員エンゲージメントを高める
主な業務内容
- 主にGSKのコーポレート広報担当として、主に以下のような業務を担当していただきます
- コーポレート関連のメディア対応(取材対応、問い合わせ対応、原稿確認等)
- コーポレート関連のプレスリリース作成、配信
- コーポレート関連資材作成、グローバル資材の翻訳等
- 掲載メディアのモニタリング、クリッピングのマネジメント
- 社内報の取材、記事作成、社内への情報発信
- コーポレート関連資材のマネジメント
- 社外ウェブサイトの運用
- SNS運用
- ブランディング管理
- 社内イントラネットの運用
- myLearningの更新管理
- 社内外イベントのサポート
- 最初の1~2年は、上記に限らず、コミュニケーション関連の様々な業務をご経験いただく予定です。
- GSK Japanのシニアマネジメントや、国内の様々な部署の社員、コミュニケーションのチームメンバーと連携しながら働いていただきます
※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。

- 戦略的立案と実行:ビジネスの優先事項を理解し、コミュニケーションプランの戦略的な立案と実行ができる
- コミュニケーション能力:幅広いステークホルダーのインサイトを理解し、双方向コミュニケーションを円滑に行える。高いストーリーテリング力を持つ。
- 情報収集能力:事実を正確・的確に理解できる。アンテナ高く社内外の情報を収集し、活用できる
- 文章力:要点をまとめて論理的かつわかりやすく書ける
- ウェブサイト、イントラネット、SNSをはじめとするコミュニケーションデジタルツールを活用できる
- Microsoft Office関連製品、Adobe Photoshop等のビジネスとグラフィック関連のソフトウェアを活用し、資材や動画を作成できる
- GSKの基本的な企業ブランド、社会貢献活動について理解している
- 機敏に前向きに対応ができ、高いクオリティで業務を遂行することができる
- チームプレイヤーで建設的フィードバックができる
- 業界規制やルール、会社のルールを理解・遵守し、自身の業務に反映できる
経験 Experience
- 3年以上の医療業界(製薬、医療機器、ライフサイエンス)での経験
- 広報経験(あるいはPRエージェンシーで同業界を担当した経験を有する)があれば尚可
学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language
- 4年制大学卒業以上
- 英語力 ビジネス中級以上
英語を使用してビジネス上の基本的なコミュニケーションを円滑に行える。英語で文書を作成し、読解し、ディスカッションおよびプレゼンテーションをすることができる(目安:TOEIC 800点、GTEC 650点 程度以上)
