現在当社では、組織戦略コンサルティング部門のコンサルタントを積極採用しています。
プリンシパルレベルのシニア層から、アナリスト(第2新卒)のジュニア層まで、幅広く募集しています。
【職務内容】
下記のいずれか(またはいくつか)のコンサルティング・プロジェクトのリード、またはデリバリーに従事します。
- 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
- リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、経営陣サクセッション、人材マネジメント
- 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスマネジメント

必須経験、スキル
- 職務経歴
- 戦略/経営/組織人事コンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方
- 上記コンサルティング業務未経験の場合は、社会人経験 2年未満までの方
- 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方
- 四年制大卒以上
望ましい経験、スキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
【選考プロセス】
基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。
- 面接選考:
Web (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回40~60分程度) を、4-6回程度実施予定(ケース面接を含みます) - Webアセスメント:
当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。
ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
