募集職種:HR ディレクター
職務概要:
HR ディレクターとして、当社の拠点拡大フェーズを支える人事・採用基盤の構築および運用全体を統括
していただきます。マネージャー職以上の採用活動を統括するとともに、必要に応じて親会社である三菱
地所と連携しながら人事関連業務を推進していただきます。
Community Associates(CA)の採用担当者や現場と連携しながら戦略的な採用を推進すると同時に、数百
名規模のオペレーション人材を数的・構造的に管理し、HR データを整備することで、理想的としては経
営判断を支える機能へと人事を進化させることが本ポジションに期待される役割です。
主な業務内容:
マネージャー職以上の採用活動
マネージャー職以上の採用方針および要件定義の策定、採用プロセス全体の設計および
進捗管理、採用エージェントとの連携、候補者評価および採用意思決定の統括
採用の統括
Community Associates(CA)採用担当者のマネジメントおよび業務設計、採用プロセス
全体の品質管理(採用スピード、ミスマッチ抑制、辞退率の改善 等)
データに基づく意思決定基盤の構築
離職率、採用進捗、定着率等の定期的なモニタリング、人事データの整理・可視化およ
び経営層への共有、拠点別・時期別等の異常値の検知とエスカレーション、施策の効果
測定および方針修正
