【業務内容】

戦略~業務コン系、PM・PMO系の案件を中心に企画構想・マネジメント・セールスなど、皆様の経験に応じて柔軟なPJアサインをします。

【プロジェクト例】

■大手製造業向け、海外事業の長期戦略策定および、海外支社立ち上げ支援PJ

顧客役員陣と、国際情勢を踏まえ長期戦略策定。海外支社の立上げや、SCM構築まで伴走。

■大手商社向け、ガバナンス修正/BPR/システム統合を含む、大規模業務改善PJ

一連をマネジメントし、年間15億円の費用削減、及び業務効率化による時間創出に成功。

■中央省庁向け、マイナンバーカードのデジタル化、モバイル端末への導入マネジメントPJ

複数ファーム/ベンダが参画する大規模PJで、PMOリーダとしてPJの全体管理を実施。

■大手自動車業向け、生産管理システムのプリセールスおよび、大規模導入マネジメントPJ

某拠点での導入成功事例をもとに、日本中の国内主要拠点への横展開を画策。

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

▽下記いずれかのご経験 (合算で直近2年、または累計5年以上)

■PJマネジメントのご経験

■業務コンサル のご経験 (※業務要件定義 or BPR or 業務分析~設計のいずれか)

■ITコンサル のご経験 (※IT企画・構想策定 or PJ計画策定 or RFI/RFP作成のいずれか)

上記に加えて

■他ファームでマネージャー職以上の経験 (期間不問)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
