About the RoleWe are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our client's dynamic accounting team, reporting to the Finance Director. This role involves managing core accounting operations, supporting financial processes, and contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting for designated business units
Handle accounting, tax processing, and report preparation for subsidiaries
Manage receivables and payables
Review and update accounting procedures and processes in response to new services or business changes
Implement and maintain sales management and accounting systems
Drive digital transformation across accounting processes
Requirements
Must-Have:
Ability to close monthly accounts
Strong motivation and clear career goals in the accounting field
Experience in management or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Basic Excel skills
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new areas
Good to Have:
Ability to close quarterly accounts
Experience in accounting digital transformation or interest in learning
Knowledge of IFRS and taxation
Familiarity with SAP
