A global human capital and professional services company with a long history in Japan, combining global best practices with a stable and collaborative local culture, is seeking an Accounting Manager.
The RoleYou will lead the Order to Cash function, overseeing Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Treasury operations.
Managing a team and coordinating with APAC shared services, you will ensure compliance with US GAAP and group accounting policies.
This role also involves stakeholder management, global reporting, and leading cross functional finance projects. The position offers a highly flexible working style and can be almost fully remote.Your Skills
Experience in Order to Cash areas including AR, credit management, and treasury.
People management experience is required.
Business level English is mandatory for meetings, reporting, and daily communication.
Experience working with shared services or in a global environment is highly preferred.
