仕事内容:

⁑保育補助業務⁑

担任保育士と連携しながら、子どもたちが安心して過ごせるよう日常生活のサポートを行っていただきます。

・遊び・食事・睡眠など、日々の生活面の見守り・支援

・子どもたちの活動がスムーズに行えるような環境づくり

・保育室の整理整頓や簡単な準備・片付け など

※主に保育士のサポート業務が中心となります。

「はなさかす保育園」は、赤坂駅から徒歩1分の赤坂パークプラザの一階にあります。TBS、博報堂の事業所内保育所として、地域のお子さんも預かる企業主導型保育園です。0歳児クラスから2歳児クラスまで、19名の子どもたちが毎日を過ごしています。

◆はなさかす保育園の保育

求める人材:

◆必須要件

子育て支援員(地域保育コース地域型保育事業)の受講が完了している方。

もしくは子育て支援員(地域保育コース地域型保育事業)の受講申込を完了している方。

◆歓迎要件

勤務時間・曜日:

週3~5日程度の勤務を想定しております。休日は相談のうえ個別に定めるシフトによります

月80~120時間の勤務をお願いします。

出勤時間は7時30分~19時のなかで応相談。

(休憩時間:6時間未満は0分、6時間~8時間未満は45分、8時間は60分の休憩)

時間外労働:月平均2時間未満

休暇・休日:

・休日は相談のうえ個別に定めるシフトによります

・年末年始(12/29~1/3)

・有給休暇(法定通り)、夏季休暇(月120時間勤務の場合、年間3日有給として支給)
