仕事内容


家庭的保育室(定員4名)での保育補助のお仕事です。

0〜2歳児の少人数保育のため、一人ひとりの子どもと丁寧に関われます。

主な業務内容

・室内遊び、戸外遊びの見守り

・近隣公園へのお散歩のサポート

・食事、午睡の見守り

・給食の配膳、後片付け(簡単な作業)

・連絡帳の記入補助

・保育者のサポート業務

※給食は他施設からの搬入で、調理業務はありません。

※書類業務や持ち帰り仕事はありません。

求めている人材


・子どもが好きで、0〜2歳児に丁寧に関わってくださる方

・少人数の落ち着いた環境で保育をしたい方

・近隣にお住まいで、自転車通勤が可能な方

資格・経験は問いません。

保育士資格をお持ちの方、子育て経験のある方、子育て支援員研修を修了されている方は、これまでのご経験を活かしていただけます。ブランクのある方も歓迎します。

簡単な連絡帳の記入補助や、給食配膳などのサポート業務がありますが、難しい作業はなく、丁寧にお伝えしますのでご安心ください。

勤務時間詳細


勤務時間は9:00〜16:30が基本です。

曜日固定やシフトの相談も可能です。

お子さんのお迎え時間により、勤務時間が多少前後する場合がありますが、事前に相談のうえ調整します。

行事対応やご家庭の事情による急なお休みにも、柔軟に対応しています。

基本給:時給 1250円 〜 1350円

昇給あり(年1回)
