仕事内容

事務部の管理業務全般をお任せします。

(主任~課長クラスを想定)

  • 部門マネジメント

・業務分担の設計、業務量の平準化

・部下の育成・指導・評価(人事考課、面談等)

  • 業務管理・改善

・日常業務の統括、業務フローの見直し

・効率化・標準化(DX推進、ペーパーレス化等)

・業務マニュアルの整備・見直し

  • 労務関連

勤怠管理、人材配置・要員計画の立案

  • 院内外との調整・窓口業務

他部門との調整、経営層への報告・提案 等

必要な能力・経験

必須条件:

・普通自動車運転免許

・医療や福祉業界でのマネジメント経験
