繁忙期に伴う短期パートさん募集

あなぶきハウジングサービスが展開する

部屋ナビShopでは、

一般のお客様のお部屋探しはもちろん、

賃貸マンションで暮らす方が安心して

暮らせるように、

様々なサポートをしています。

繁忙期の約2か月間の

短期パートさん募集です

※期間2026/2/16~2026/4/15

までの間で2か月

※ご入社可能日により

多少変動する可能性有

【主な業務について】

※業務で自家用車を使用いただきます。

車通勤可駐車場は会社が用意します

(お客様を乗せることはありません)

短期間のパート社員として、

運転する仕事をメインに営業サポート業務を

お任せいたします。

  • 不動産業者への訪問

案内鍵の借用や返却など

営業社員がお客様のお部屋のご案内のために、

空室の鍵の手配をします。

不動産会社は、少し離れた場所にあるので、

運転して鍵を借りに行き、

お客様のご案内後に返却に行っていただきます。

(運転できれば、だれでもできる簡単なお仕事です)

※物件のご案内業務はございません。

お客様を車に乗せることはありません。

  • その他、営業スタッフのサポート業務

契約書など書類の受け取り・提出での

不動産会社への訪問や、

マンションを退去する入居者の鍵の受け取り

営業スタッフのサポートとして、

臨機応変に動いていただく場合があります。

  • 一般事務のサポート業務

お客様のご案内がないときは、

事務所での事務サポートを

お願いする場合があります。

(電話の取次ぎや、庶務さんの補助など)
