楽天ビューティ事業部
<事業内容>
全国の楽天会員様とサロン様に対して美容を通じ、エンパワーメントする(力づける、活気づける)ことをミッションとしてサロン予約サイト"楽天ビューティ"を運営しています。
美容市場は競合他社の寡占状態にありますが、楽天エコシステムを背景にもつ楽天ビューティはサロン様からの期待が非常に高く、加盟店ならびにユーザー数が成長を続けています。
美容業界の更なる発展を目標に掲げ、市場トレンドの発信、美容イベント・アワードの企画・運営、業界課題解決に向けたサステナビリティ推進等にも幅広く取り組んでいます。
楽天イーグルスやヴィッセル神戸のチームスポンサーも務めており、コラボレーション企画等を通じて、幅広いユーザーへのアプローチを続けています。

BPRグループは、「データとRPAを活用し、見える化と自動化を推進し、業務効率を最大化する」ことをミッションに、BIツールなど様々なソリューションを活用したデータ活用や、事業部内のデータ活用自走化支援、RPA開発に取り組んでいます。

楽天ビューティの業務プロセスを改善するために、RPA開発人材を募集いたします。
長期的にはAI活用、AIエージェント作成などの開発をしていただきます。
業務内容
BPRグループでは様々な事業内の業務課題を自動化、見える化、効率化しています。データを中心に行なっていますが、2023年からRPAの開発者3名を擁した大掛かりな業務改善の自動化にも取り組んでいます。
<業務内容>
楽天ビューティの品質革命の加速のため、業務効率化を楽天ビューティ全体で促進する
・楽天ビューティ業務効率化の各テーマの進捗・課題を確認する
・プロジェクト間のリソース分配や課題を解決する
・業務効率化の改善の継続、自走化を目指す
<具体的な作業>
・楽天ビューティのBPR Groupに所属し、業務改善プロジェクトにアサインされ、定期的なMTGに参加
・楽天ビューティ内の各部署でのヒアリング
・ソリューションとしてベンダーのツール、RPA、AI活用の検討、開発
・インシデントが起きない体制作り、自動化による工数削減、ヒューマンエラーの防止
Blue Prism
働く環境
マネージャー以下、マーケティングアナリスト1名/テックリード3名/データアナリスト3名が所属しております。
メンバーは30代を中心に活躍しています。
必須要件:
オブジェクト指向プログラム経験2年以上(Java/C++/Pythonなど)
歓迎要件:
・RPA開発経験者
・AIエンジニア経験
