【事業・組織構成の概要】

NECグループのChief Diversity Ofiicerを支えるためのCDivOオフィスでInclusion&Diversity推進を担当する部署で、NECグループ全体のInclusion&Diversityをリードできる、やりがいのある仕事です。

チームメンバーは兼務者も入れて16名、障がいの有無、性別、年齢、バックグラウンド等、多様なメンバーがそれぞれを尊重しあいながら活動しています。

【職務内容】

NEC-Gの障がい者雇用担当として、NEC-Gのポリシー作成とともに

・新卒、キャリアでの障がい者採用

・サポート施策の企画・立案、実行

・Employee Resource Group(有志のグループ)との連携

・インクルーシブカルチャー醸成のためのイベント実行等

幅広く担っていただくポジションです。

HR CoEとしてNEC-Gを牽引する企画の立案、実行と、チームメンバーの業務マネジメント等をになっていただき、ゆくゆくは障がいだけに閉じず、他テーマも横断的に取り組んでいただく、また部門との協働も担っていただきたいと考えています。

【職場環境】

リモートワーク:週1程度可能

原則40%出社、週1回は出社推奨日としてチーム全体で集合日あり

応募資格 / Qualifications
プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合

【MUST】

・管理職の経験

・障害者採用の企画業務・採用経験もしくは支援経験

・Diversity&Inclusionに関する理解とそれをもとにした社内外とのコミュニケーションスキル

・人事全般に関する基礎知識(労務、採用、評価)

【WANT】

・複数関係者を束ねてのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(ステークホルダー管理)

・新規企画の立ち上げ経験(企画業務)

【求める人物像・ソフトスキル】

・新しいものに飛び込むことをいとわず、切り開いていく挑戦心のある人

・年収930万〜1200万円程度

・月給58万〜80万円程度(月額基本給58万〜80万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
