組織・チームのミッション
- より多くのお客さまに使っていただける、使いやすくて便利なプロダクトづくりを担当していただきます。お客さま体験を最大化することを考えながらも、世の中のトレンドやお客さまからのご意見から、サービスに必要な新企画や新機能の立案をしていただきます。そのためにはお客さまに共感し、UXリサーチや行動分析なども行いながら離脱要因を特定し、改善する方法を考えていきます。
- 新企画や新機能、既存機能の改善を実現するためには単に仕様を作成するだけではなく、事業企画、エンジニア、デザイナー、カスタマーサービスなど多様な視点を持っているメンバーと連携をしながら作り上げていきます。プロダクト開発のプロセスに責任を持ち、クロスファンクショナルチームによって行われる開発プロジェクトをリードすることは、エキサイティングな体験です。また、使ってくださるお客さまの数が多いため影響力の大きいプロジェクトのプロダクトマネージャーの役割は日々成長を感じられるはずです。

業務内容
所属いただくService Product部門には、メルカードを含むあと払いサービスの与信・決済サービスや、貸金サービスや債権管理など様々なドメインがあります。エンジニア・デザイナー・UXリサーチャー・マーケターなどから成るチームをリードして、プロダクトの企画・開発マネジメントを担当いただきます。
- グループのロードマップや各事業の成長計画などを理解し、リードするドメインのロードマップを策定
- ロードマップに基づいた開発計画の立案
- 要件定義~開発リード~成果創出までのプロジェクトマネジメント
※計画や企画だけでなく、プロジェクトマネジメントもご担当いただきます。ローンチまでのスケジュールを線引きし、開発期日までの開発進行の管理、また予実管理を行いながらシステム開発を進めていきます。その他、サービスの保守運用、CSチームとの連携、Quality Assuranceチームと協働してテストの設計やバグの発見なども、各分野のスペシャリストと協業いただきます。

- プロダクトマネージャーまたは事業推進・意思決定者の立場で、インターネットサービス(モバイルアプリ/API/システム連携)の開発・運用をリードした経験
複数のコンシューマー向け(C向け)サービスにおける、Product Led Growth (PLG) 経験
歓迎する経験・スキル
決済、与信、資産運用などFintech領域やB2B SaaSなどでの経験
- LLMや自動化ツールなどの新しいテクノロジーを活用した成功体験
マーケティング、ビジネスインテリジェンス(BI)、事業開発(BizDev)のいずれか、または複数の分野における実務経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
- 英語:Basic (CEFR - A2) 歓迎
