組織・チームのミッション
- メルカリグループの中枢を担うPeople ExperienceのPeople Relationsチームは、日本の労働法規を深く理解し、健全で生産的な職場環境を維持・促進します。従業員とマネジメント間の信頼関係構築をサポートし、労働問題やハラスメントなどの複雑なケースに適切な対応することで組織成長に貢献する重要な役割を担います。

業務内容
労働法遵守とリスク管理
日本の労働基準法、労働契約法、その他の関連法規に関する専門知識を提供し、社内ポリシーや慣行が法令を遵守していることを管理する
就業規則、人事ポリシー、ハラスメント防止規定などの策定・改訂をリードし、リスク&コンプライアンスチームと連携して、適切なポリシーを策定する
従業員・労使紛争への対応
従業員からの苦情、ハラスメント、不正行為などの申し立てについて、適切な調査と対応を主導する
- 調査プロセス、事実認定、勧告の策定、および関係者へのフィードバックを、公正かつ機密を保持して実行する
懲戒処分、解雇などのプロセスにおいて、日本の労働法に基づいた適切な手続きをマネジメントに助言し、実行をサポートする
マネジメントへの助言と指導
パフォーマンス管理(PIP)、従業員の異動、休職、復職など、複雑な人事判断が必要なケースについて、部門長やHRBPへ実用的な解決策を提供する
エンゲージメントの低下やチーム内の紛争など、組織的な課題に関するデータ分析に基づき、部門長やHRBPに解決策を提案する
職場環境と文化の推進
ER(Employee Relations) 従業員対応)に関連するトピック(例:ハラスメント防止、懲戒手続き)に関するマネジメント向けトレーニングを設計・実施する。
- 労働環境に関するサーベイ結果の分析をサポートし、改善アクションプランの策定する

応募要件
求める経験・スキル
上場企業もしくは、グローバル企業での労務業務の経験
- 日本の労働法規(労働基準法、労働契約法など)および判例に関する深い知識、社外のステークホルダーと効果的に連携を図れること
- デリケートな課題に関する調査・報告書作成の主導経験
- オープンな対話を通じた課題解決力
- 高い倫理観と公平性、機密保持を徹底する姿勢
- 感情的な状況での冷静さ、客観的な判断力
コミュニケーション力と影響力(マネジメント、従業員、法務顧問と効果的に連携するため)
歓迎する経験・スキル
人事部門での幅広い業務経験(HRBP、HR Operations, HR Planningなど)
- 衛生管理者や社労士の資格
- メンバーマネジメントの経験(目安として3年以上)
多国籍環境での業務経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR – C1)
- 英語 または中国語:Independent (CEFR – B2) 歓迎
