業務内容
- 日本ではまだ珍しい政策企画という仕事ですが、法律をはじめとした各種ルールを作っていくプロセスには、政府や国会議員だけでなく、民間企業、アカデミアなど多種多様なプレーヤーが関与しています。メルカリはEC、Fintech、スポットワーク等の分野で新たな挑戦を進めていますが、新規ビジネスの創出とそれを支えるルール作りは表裏一体の関係にあります。
- 省庁や国会議員に働きかけて法改正を実現したり、同業他社と連携して業界自主ルールを作ったり、新たな時代のビジネスにマッチしたルールや政策を一緒に作っていきませんか。省庁などで政策立案に関与した経験、業界団体等で自主規制の策定に関与した経験、企業やNGOなどで政策企画業務に関与した経験など、法律やその他ルールの策定や運用に携わったことのある方のご応募をお待ちしています。
具体的な業務内容は下記です。
- 国会議員や関係省庁との信頼構築と政策実現に向けた働きかけ
- 同業他社と連携した自主規制の策定や、意見表明など政策実現に向けた働きかけ
- 法令や業界ルール等の新設・改定や社会的状況を踏まえた社内対応に関する議論のリードと会社としての意見・対応の取りまとめ

応募要件
求める経験・スキル
政策の立案・策定・運用に関する業務経験・知識をお持ちの方(関連業務経験5年以上を目安)
- 社内外ステークホルダーと円滑に調整や折衝ができるコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
- 自身の専門領域や担当領域にとらわれず、成果創出に向けた貢献や探求の意欲がある方
