業務内容
具体的な業務内容は下記です。
- メルペイの定量分析に基づく課題の特定、サービス・与信の改善策・マーケティング施策等の提案
- 分析結果を基にステークホルダーと協議し、成長戦略の検討におけるコアメンバーとしての役割、事業モニタリングおよび事業計画の策定を通じた経営支援
- 生成AI(LLM等)の最新動向を踏まえた分析プロセスの設計・導入

- 本ポジションでは、メルペイの意思決定を支えるためのデータ分析業務を担い、メルカリをお使いいただいているお客さまにさらなる価値をお届けしていく楽しみがあります。
- プロダクト・マーケティング・コーポレートといったステークホルダーと非常に近い距離で仕事をすることになりますが、PDCAサイクルの速さが重視されるのは当然ながら、ステークホルダーと同じ目線に立つような当事者意識でファクトを提供し、PDCAの質も大きく向上させることが求められます。
- また、アナリスト以外のデータ系のチーム(データエンジニアリングチームやデータプロダクトチームなど)のプロフェッショナルたちと分析業務の効率化や改善、民主化といったテーマにも取り組んでいきます。

- また、アナリスト以外のデータ系のチーム(データエンジニアリングチームやデータプロダクトチームなど)のプロフェッショナルたちと、従来の分析業務の効率化・改善だけでなく、生成AIなどの先端技術を活用した分析アプローチへの「変革」をリードしていただきます。

応募要件
求める経験・スキル
メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
- App/Webサービスを持つ事業会社でのデータ分析の実務経験、もしくは広告プラットフォーム事業の実務経験5年以上
- SQLを用いたデータ抽出・集計スキル
- 課題を明確に言語化・定義し、仮説立案 → データ検証の分析サイクルを自立して進める能力
- 分析から得られたアウトプットをステークホルダーにとって価値のあるアウトカムとして伝達する能力
他部署との協業によるプロセス改善やサービス改善プロジェクトの実施経験
歓迎する経験・スキル
マーケティングやプロダクト改善施策の効果測定(A/Bテスト含む)経験
- プロジェクトやチームのマネージメント経験
- Python等のプログラミング言語を用いたデータ分析経験
- 営業企画やKPI管理、事業計画の立案・運用経験
- 分析業務の効率化の経験
- データ分析にとどまらず、事業成長のための「打ち手」まで考えられる方
- 生成AI(LLM等)を業務に活用した経験、または、データ分析・業務改善におけるプロトタイピング・導入経験
- RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)などのAI活用技術に関する基礎知識
クレジットカードや貸金など与信系プロダクトの延滞率や貸倒れの分析をした経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR – C1) 必須
- 英語:Independent (CEFR – B1) 歓迎
