【仕事内容】

■仕事内容

・モビリティ業界に於いて、In Car領域(車載機、各種センサー等)のソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに参画して頂きます。

・モビリティ業界の開発プロジェクトに於けるエンジニアリング知識を持ち合わせたプロジェクトアナリスト(PMA)としてPMやリーダー層の業務を支援し、チーム/グループ/組織間の問題を調整/解決 しながら、PJ推進の一翼を担う役割を担当。

■業務内容詳細

※下記内容はプロジェクト(以下PJと略称)次第で、対応するか否か変動の可能性有

・PJ課題の可視化/分析/改善提案/実行/定着化

・RFP/WBSはじめ、提案資料等ドキュメント作成

・クライアントフェーシング及び、意思決定支援

・PJ内外での課題やプロセスの可視化/分析/改善提案/実行/定着化及び、PJ推進に関する

ルール/ポリシー/ガイドライン策定

・PJメンバーへの指揮/統率及び、育成/フォロー

その他、プロジェクトの進行や行程をよりスムーズに行うためのサポートを幅広く行います。

【求める人材】

【必須】

■システム開発等のプロジェクトに於いで、関係部署に対して横断的な推進(リーディング)経験

■製造業で組込ソフトウェアの量産開発あるいは、IT業界に於いて各種システムやアプリ開発のいづれかのご経験(開発言語は不問)

【歓迎】

・AutomotiveSPICEに関する知見 or 同プロセスに準ずる業務経験

・自動車業界に於ける組込みソフトウェア開発経験(開発言語は不問)

【給与】

650万円~900万円

評価会議には、上司だけでなく、現場メンバーが『レポーター』として入り、本人の活動に対する支援を行います。
