日によって「テレアポ」か「求人作成」のどちらかをお任せします。
どちらの業務も未経験歓迎です♪
テレアポ
<具体的には>
・用意されたリストに沿って電話をかける
・台本を読み上げながら「開業無料相談」のご案内
・通話は1回あたり4~5分程度
開業について無料で相談できる窓口は少ないので、とても喜んでいただけます◎
<お仕事のコツ>
台本が完備されているので、それを読むだけで基本はOKです。
棒読みになってしまうと相手にうまく伝わらないので、台本にとらわれ過ぎずに自分の言葉で自然に喋るのがコツです。
また、一方的に喋り続けるのではなく、お客様の言葉に耳を傾けて聞き上手になることが大切です。
求人広告のライティング
<具体的には>
・Indeedやタウンワークの求人原稿の作成(生成AIの利用OK)
・既存原稿の複製や修正
・その他一般事務作業
<お仕事のコツ>
自力でゼロから文章を考えるのではなく、生成AIを活用することで業務を効率化できます。
また、生成AIへの指示文を工夫することで精度の高い文章を作成できます。
