【主な業務内容】

  • 代理店、観光機関、レストラン、ホテル等の潜在クライアントへのアプローチ
  • クライアントとのコミュニケーション、関係構築
  • デジタル広告、紙媒体広告、タイアップ編集記事などの提案・販売
  • 提案書、プレゼン資料、メディアプランの作成および提案
  • 目標達成への計画作成
  • プロジェクト進行管理(素材の調達、社内チームとの連携、納品確認)
  • ページビュー、インプレッション、クリック数、CTR、オーディエンスデータ等を使用したウェブ記事、SNS広告の効果測定レポートの作成
  • 市場動向や競合調査を行い、社内へ共有
  • アップセル・クロスセルによる売上拡大
  • 編集・デザインチームとの連携・企画立案

【求める人物像】

  • ネイティブまたは N1 レベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC 700/英検2級/IELTS 6.0 相当)
  • 営業経験
  • マーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、メディア業界
  • ソーシャルメディア(インスタグラム、メタ広告)の知識
  • チャレンジ精神

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (brands, agencies, tourism boards, restaurants, hotels, events)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact
  • Sell and strategize advertising products: digital ads, print ads, sponsored articles, social media promotions
  • Create and deliver proposals, pitches, and customized media plans
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and work toward monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate campaigns end-to-end: gather assets, communicate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide post-campaign performance reports (pageviews, impressions, clicks, CTR, audience data)
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity; share insights internally
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
  • Collaborate with editorial and design teams to plan and execute campaigns

Position Details

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • On-site role: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm

Ideal Candidate

  • Native or N1-level Japanese + business-level English (目安: TOEIC 700 / 英検2級 / IELTS 6.0 相当)
  • Background in marketing, digital marketing, or media preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Meta ads.
  • Sales experience preferred
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate is essential
